Herman Schutte (Gauteng)
Herman Schutte is a practising Attorney (LLB) with an Honours in Corporate Governance and a (BA Law with Psychology) and has studied Corporate Turnaround and Corporate Renewal through the WITS Business School.
Most recently Herman completed Business Brokerage training through US based Kaplan.
Herman has always had a special interest in business and is an entrepreneur who has started and successfully run four businesses including his own legal practice and real estate and other companies in both the corporate and residential property markets.
His knowledge of South African Property Law, coupled with his entrepreneurial mind set, has positioned him well to work in the corporate property market. Herman uses his knowledge of market trends as well as ongoing studies to manage LDP Business Sales and facilitate bringing corporate buyers and sellers together for optimal sales and business success.
Jaco Venter (Gauteng)
Jaco Venter brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to the LDP Business Sales team. His professional journey is marked by dedication, strategic thinking, and a passion for excellence across multiple domains.
Jaco’s career began with a distinguished tenure in the military, serving as an officer from 1997 to 2016. During this time, he commanded various geographic information sections, overseeing operations and missions with precision and leadership. His military background instilled in him a strong work ethic, strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
In 2016, Jaco transitioned to the entrepreneurial world, founding a laser cutting, engraving, and design business. Under his leadership, the business thrived until 2019, with products available in Crafters Market stores and sold directly to clients. Additionally, Jaco launched and maintained two successful e-commerce stores, showcasing his adaptability and innovative approach to business.

- PRINCE2 Practitioner (Project Management): Obtained in 2013, this qualification underscores Jaco’s expertise in managing projects efficiently and effectively.
- Certified Business Analysis Practitioner: Completed in 2014, enhancing his analytical skills and business acumen.
- B Sc Information Systems Degree: Earned in 2015, providing a solid foundation in information systems and technology.
Elissa Loots (Gauteng)

Mrs. Elissa Loots was admitted and registered as an attorney in The Supreme Court of South Africa (North Gauteng) in 2007. Elissa has been practicing since 2007, and for own account since 2012. She has successfully run her own Attorneys firm, as well as a Real Estate Agency in the residential property market.

Estie Szoke (Western Cape)
Estie Szoke has an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for all aspects of the property and business industry. She has started up and ran her own businesses in Dubai, New Zealand and South Africa, ranging from service based business in the fitness industry, to product manufacturing and direct sales.
She is currently chasing her second bachelor’s degree while raising two beautiful children.
